After a workout or a good run, this green smoothie will re-energize you! This smoothie contains all the energy needed to start or continue your day!
125 ml (1/2 cup) Nutrinor fermented milk
½ avocado
15 ml (1 tbsp) matcha powder
2 Medjool dates, pitted
180 ml (3/4 cup) nut milk (almond or other), chilled
180 ml (3/4 cup) pressed spinach

Add all ingredients to an electric mixer, and purée until smooth.
Serve in a glass.
